Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2/3 cup heavy cream.
02 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup.
03 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips, divided.
07 - 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cream, syrup, sugar, cocoa, salt, half chips in pan.
02 - Heat to boil, reduce to simmer 5 minutes.
03 - Remove from heat.
04 - Add remaining chips, butter, vanilla.
05 - Serve warm or cool.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.
02 - Reheat gently.
03 - Thickens as it cools.
04 - Better than store-bought.
