# Ingredients:

2/3 cup heavy cream.

1/2 cup light corn syrup.

1/3 cup brown sugar.

1/4 cup cocoa powder.

1/4 teaspoon salt.

3/4 cup chocolate chips, divided.

1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
08 -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
# Instructions:

Combine cream, syrup, sugar, cocoa, salt, half chips in pan.

Heat to boil, reduce to simmer 5 minutes.
03 -
Remove from heat.
04 -
Add remaining chips, butter, vanilla.

Serve warm or cool.

Keeps 2 weeks refrigerated.

Reheat gently.

Thickens as it cools.
