# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
02 - 2 green bell peppers, diced
03 - ½ red onion, finely diced
04 - 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
05 - ¾ cup zesty Italian dressing
06 - ½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
07 - ¼ cup roasted sunflower kernels
08 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
09 - ½ teaspoon paprika
10 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Chop the cucumbers, bell peppers, onion, and eggs and add to a large bowl.
02 - Add the dressing, pepperoncini peppers, sunflower kernels, garlic powder, paprika, and ground black pepper and toss until evenly combined.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use different colored bell peppers for variety.
02 - You can reduce the amount of dressing if desired or choose a different flavor.
