Hot Honey Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 1.5 lbs Chicken wings (approx. 12 wings)
02 - ½ tablespoon Baking powder (Aluminum free)
03 - ½ tablespoon Potato Starch (or corn starch)
04 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
05 - 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
06 - 1 teaspoon Black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
08 - ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

→ Hot Honey Sauce

09 - 2 tablespoon butter
10 - 4 tablespoon hot sauce
11 - 2 tablespoon honey
12 - ⅛ teaspoon salt (if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut wings into drums and flats if needed. Pat very dry with paper towels.
02 - Mix all dry ingredients and coat wings thoroughly.
03 - Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
04 - Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Add hot sauce and honey, simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
05 - Toss cooked wings in hot honey butter sauce until well coated.

01 - Can be cooked in air fryer, oven, or deep fryer
02 - Dry wings thoroughly for best crispiness
03 - Use aluminum-free baking powder, not baking soda
