# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (about 680g)
02 - 250g all-purpose flour
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
08 - 2 large eggs, beaten
09 - 180g panko breadcrumbs

→ For the Hot Honey Sauce

10 - 60ml honey
11 - 2 tablespoons hot sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
13 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
14 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice (optional)

→ For Garnish

15 - Fresh chopped parsley
16 - Sesame seeds or crushed peanuts (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - Pat chicken dry with paper towels. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Place beaten eggs in a second dish and panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
03 - Coat each chicken piece first in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
04 - Arrange breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking oil or drizzle with olive oil to promote browning. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, and internal temperature reaches 74°C.
05 - While chicken bakes, combine honey, hot sauce, butter, and red pepper flakes (if using) in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until butter melts and sauce is smooth. Add vinegar or lemon juice if desired.
06 - Remove chicken from oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey sauce. For more coverage, toss chicken pieces directly in the sauce.
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley and sesame seeds or crushed peanuts if desired. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
