Hot Honey Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (170g or 6 oz each)
02 - 80ml hot honey (1/3 cup)
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 30ml lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
05 - 5g smoked paprika (1 teaspoon)
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together hot honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet and brush generously with hot honey glaze.
04 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and glaze is caramelized.
05 - Let salmon rest for a few minutes before serving.

01 - Salmon should flake easily when done
02 - Can adjust honey heat level to taste
