Hot and Spicy Thai Curry (Print)

Bold Thai curry with spiced chicken, coconut, and fresh vegetables.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
02 - 1 can coconut milk
03 - 3 tbsp red curry paste
04 - 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini)
05 - 2 tbsp fish sauce
06 - Fresh basil for garnish

# Directions:

01 - In a pot, combine coconut milk and red curry paste. Simmer over medium heat.
02 - Add sliced chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink.
03 - Stir in mixed vegetables and fish sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender.
04 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
