# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
02 - 0.5 cup sliced cucumbers
03 - 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
04 - 0.25 cup thinly sliced red onion

→ Protein & Cheese

05 - 0.5 cup chopped ham
06 - 0.5 cup chopped salami or pepperoni
07 - 0.5 cup provolone or mozzarella cheese cubes

→ Toppings

08 - 0.25 cup sliced dill pickles
09 - 0.25 cup banana peppers
10 - 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

→ Dressing

11 - 2 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
13 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
14 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
15 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Directions:

01 - Add the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion to a large bowl.
02 - Top with ham, salami, and provolone cheese cubes.
03 - Add pickles and banana peppers, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
