Jalapeño Popper Crisps Bacon (Print Version)

01 - 4 slices of bacon
02 - 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, preferably aged
04 - 1 jalapeño, sliced thinly
05 - Freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375ºC. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, then chop.
02 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese into a small mound on a large baking sheet. Top with about 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese and carefully pat down the cheeses. Add a jalapeño slice on top, sprinkle with chopped bacon, and season with freshly ground black pepper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
03 - Bake until the crisps are golden and crispy, about 12 minutes.
04 - Let the crisps cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
