Jello Meringues Bright Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 3 ½ tablespoons desired flavor of Jello gelatin
02 - ¾ cup granulated sugar
03 - ⅛ teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 3 large egg whites
05 - 1 tablespoon white vinegar

→ Optional Additions

06 - Mini chocolate chips
07 - Sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with the salt until frothy.
03 - Add the Jello gelatin and sugar to the egg whites. Beat until stiff peaks form.
04 - Gently mix in the vinegar. If using, stir in mini chocolate chips.
05 - Spoon or pipe the egg mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
06 - Bake for 30 minutes without opening the oven door. Turn the oven off and leave the meringues inside for an additional 20-30 minutes.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow the meringues to cool completely before serving or storing.
