# Instructions:

01 - If using whole squid, clean and slice into rings. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Toss the squid with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional red pepper flakes.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat.
03 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Add the squid rings and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until opaque and tender. Avoid overcooking to maintain texture.
