Line 8-inch square pan with foil and grease with butter.

Combine milk, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat.

Reduce to medium-low and boil 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, zest and juice until melted and smooth.

Pour into pan, spread evenly. Cool completely.

Cut into 1-inch squares.
