Kiwi Mint Cold Brew (Print)

A refreshing cold-brewed green tea infused with fresh kiwi and cool mint, perfect for hot summer days.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups cold water
02 - 4 green tea bags or 2 tablespoons loose leaf green tea
03 - 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
04 - 1 handful fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
05 - Honey or preferred sweetener to taste (optional)
06 - Ice cubes for serving

# Directions:

01 - Combine the cold water, green tea bags (or loose leaf tea), and fresh mint leaves in a large pitcher.
02 - Add the sliced kiwi to the pitcher. Consider muddling some kiwi slices to release more flavor if desired.
03 - If desired, add honey or your preferred sweetener to the mixture, adjusting quantity according to taste. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
04 - Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the tea to fully infuse with the mint and kiwi flavors.
05 - Strain out the tea, mint leaves, and kiwi slices. Pour the cold brew into glasses filled with ice.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a slice of kiwi before serving.
