# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked rice

02 - 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

→ Marinade

03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon gochujang
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
07 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Vegetables & Garnish

08 - 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
09 - 2 green onions, chopped
10 - Sesame seeds for garnish

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with soy sauce and sesame oil. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes to develop flavor.
02 - Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together gochujang, heavy cream, and honey until smooth and well combined.
04 - Add mixed vegetables to the pan with the cooked chicken and stir-fry until vegetables are tender but still retain some crispness.
05 - Divide the cooked rice among serving bowls. Top with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
06 - Drizzle the gochujang cream sauce over each bowl. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
