Easy Korean Rice Tuna Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rice Mixture

01 - 2 cups Cooked Rice
02 - 1 tablespoon Furikake
03 - ½ tablespoon Sesame Oil

→ Tuna Mixture

04 - 1 can Tuna (drained)
05 - 2 tablespoon Kewpie Mayo
06 - ¾ tablespoon Soy Sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cooled cooked rice with furikake and sesame oil until well combined.
02 - Drain tuna and mix with Kewpie mayo and soy sauce.
03 - Flatten 1 tablespoon rice, add ½ tablespoon tuna mixture, top with another tablespoon rice. Press firmly and roll into a ball.
04 - Repeat process until all ingredients are used. Optional: garnish with additional furikake and Kewpie mayo.

# Notes:

01 - Use cooled rice to prevent balls from falling apart
02 - Can use leftover rice slightly warmed
03 - Makes approximately 15 rice balls
