Loaded Bacon Chicken Eggrolls (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
02 - 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
03 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Egg Roll Assembly

07 - 10 egg roll wrappers
08 - 1 beaten egg

→ Cooking

09 - Oil for frying

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well-incorporated.
02 - Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one of the corners pointing towards you. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and tightly roll up the wrapper. Use the beaten egg to seal the edges and secure the roll.
03 - In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil to 350°F.
04 - Carefully lower the assembled egg rolls into the hot oil, frying them in batches to maintain the optimal temperature. Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
05 - Remove the fried egg rolls from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve hot, accompanied by your favorite dipping sauces.
