# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces cooked lobster meat, from 4 (1-1/4 lb) whole lobsters or 4 (4 oz) tails

02 - 1/2 cup chopped celery and leaves
03 - 1/4 cup fresh chives
04 - 1/4 cup chopped red onion

→ Pasta and Seasonings

05 - 8 ounces cavatappi pasta
06 - 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for pasta water

→ Dressing

08 - 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
09 - 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - If using raw lobster, steam until just cooked. Chop cooked lobster meat into 1-inch chunks.
02 - Cook cavatappi in salted water 1-2 minutes longer than package directions for softer texture. Drain and rinse under cold water.
03 - Combine lobster meat, celery, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chives, red onion, celery salt, and kosher salt in a large bowl.
04 - Add cooled pasta to the lobster mixture and toss to combine. Chill thoroughly before serving.
