Place your martini glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.

Add ice cubes until the shaker is halfway full.

Pour vodka, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, cranberry or strawberry juice. If using egg white or aquafaba, add it now.

For foam: Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds, then add ice and shake for 15–20 seconds. Without foam: Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and dilute.

Strain into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer, if available.
