# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch pan with parchment paper. Spray with baking spray.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, oat flour, monk fruit sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until a smooth batter forms.
05 - Fold in the reduced-sugar dried cranberries and Lily's white chocolate chips.
