Lucky Charms Cookie Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough Base

01 - 1 package of sugar cookie mix (plus ingredients listed on the package)
02 - Hot pink food coloring (or preferred color)
03 - 1/3 to 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles

→ Toppings

04 - 1 package Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Limited Edition Lucky Charms™ Cookie Dough
05 - 1 bag Lucky Charms™ Just Magical Marshmallows (St. Patrick's Day edition)
06 - Green-tinted vanilla ice cream (or preferred flavor)
07 - Additional rainbow sprinkles for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, prepare the sugar cookie mix following the package instructions. Add a few drops of hot pink food coloring until the desired color is achieved, then fold in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
03 - Spray a 9-inch oven-safe skillet with cooking spray. Press the pink sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom.
04 - Break 4 to 6 Pillsbury™ Lucky Charms™ Cookie Dough pieces into chunks and scatter over the cookie layer. Sprinkle a few Lucky Charms™ Just Magical Marshmallows and additional rainbow sprinkles on top.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center is slightly gooey.
06 - Let the skillet cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with green-tinted vanilla ice cream, extra marshmallows, and additional rainbow sprinkles.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftover skillet in the refrigerator, reheat in the oven for a freshly baked texture.
02 - You can substitute green ice cream with mint or pistachio flavors for a complementary taste.
