Maple Cookie Flip Cocktail (Print)

Indulge in a frothy Maple Cookie Flip with dark rum and maple sweetness.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz dark rum
02 - 0.5 oz real maple syrup, Grade A
03 - 1 whole egg or 1 oz aquafaba (for vegan)
04 - Freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)
05 - Ice (for shaking)

# Directions:

01 - Add all ingredients except nutmeg to a shaker. Dry shake without ice for 10 seconds to create froth.
02 - Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15–20 seconds until chilled and foamy.
03 - Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Top with freshly grated nutmeg.
