Margarita bark with tequila (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - White candy melts
02 - Lime green candy melts
03 - 2 tablespoons tequila
04 - 1 tablespoon sweetened lime juice
05 - Sparkling sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
02 - Add the 2 tablespoons of tequila to the white candy melts before melting to prevent the chocolate from seizing. Melt white candy melts according to package directions using a microwave, stovetop, or candy melting pot.
03 - Add the 1 tablespoon of sweetened lime juice to the lime green candy melts before melting. Melt according to package directions.
04 - Pour the melted white candy onto the prepared parchment paper and smooth out using a knife or spatula. Pour the melted lime green candy on top and swirl using a knife in a figure eight motion.
05 - Sprinkle the sparkling sugar on top of the swirled candy. Work quickly as it will harden fast.
06 - Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the candy is fully hardened.
07 - Break the hardened candy into pieces and serve. Note: this is intended for adults only due to the alcohol content.
