Matcha Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cup quick oats.
02 - 3/4 cup whole grain flour.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
04 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder.
05 - 1 egg.
06 - 1/2 cup maple syrup.
07 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
09 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 356°F. Line baking sheet. Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
02 - Whisk coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until sticky. Add egg.
03 - Mix wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
04 - Let dough sit 10 minutes.
05 - Scoop onto sheet, flatten slightly. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges brown.
