Best Matcha Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1.5 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1.5 teaspoons matcha powder.
06 - 1/2 cup sugar.
07 - 3/4 cup almond milk.
08 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
09 - 1/4 cup coconut oil.
10 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
11 - 1/2 cup icing sugar for glaze.
12 - 2 tablespoons almond milk for glaze.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder for glaze.
14 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil for glaze.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 180°C. Grease donut pan well. Mix almond milk with vinegar, let sit 5 minutes.
02 - Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and matcha. Stir in sugar.
03 - Whisk almond milk mixture with coconut oil and vanilla.
04 - Pour wet into dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Batter will be thick.
05 - Pipe or spoon batter into pan, filling 3/4 full.
06 - Cook 10-12 minutes until skewer comes clean.
07 - Mix icing sugar, almond milk, matcha and oil until smooth.
08 - Dip cooled donuts in glaze, add toppings immediately before glaze sets.

# Notes:

01 - Glaze sets quickly.
02 - Can use any neutral oil.
03 - White vinegar works too.
