Matcha Cheesecake with Oreo Crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16-18 Oreo cookies.
02 - 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature.
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
05 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1 tablespoon matcha powder.
08 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
09 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar for whipped cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 6-7 inch springform pan with parchment.
02 - Remove Oreo filling, crush cookies, mix with melted butter and press into pan.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
04 - Sift in matcha powder and mix until fully incorporated.
05 - Pour into pan, bake 25 minutes, cover with foil, bake 10 more minutes.
06 - Let cool completely then refrigerate.
07 - Whip cream with sugar until medium peaks, spread on chilled cake.
