Matcha Rice Crispy Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons butter.
02 - 3 tablespoons condensed milk.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
04 - 10 oz mini marshmallows.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
06 - 2 tablespoons matcha powder.
07 - 6 cups rice crispy cereal.
08 - Optional: white chocolate, sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease 13x9 pan. Put cereal in large bowl.
02 - Melt butter with condensed milk and salt. Add marshmallows, stir until melted.
03 - Sift matcha over melted mixture, stir until even color.
04 - Pour over cereal, gently fold until coated.
05 - Press into pan lightly. Cool 30 minutes.
06 - Optional: drizzle with melted white chocolate, add sprinkles.

# Notes:

01 - Don't press too hard.
02 - Sift matcha to avoid lumps.
03 - Keeps 5 days.
