# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup sour cream
06 - 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chillies, drained
07 - 15 ounces refried beans
08 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
09 - 1 teaspoon cumin
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
13 - 1/2 cup green onions, chopped, for garnish
14 - Tortilla chips for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Drain any excess grease.
