Mediterranean Ground Beef Flatbread (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
07 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Salt and black pepper to taste
09 - 4 flatbreads or naan
10 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
11 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
12 - ½ cup cucumber, diced
13 - ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

→ Garlic hot honey feta cream

15 - ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
16 - ¼ cup Greek yogurt
17 - 1 tablespoon honey
18 - ½–1 teaspoon hot sauce
19 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened and fragrant. Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
02 - In a small bowl, mix feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, hot sauce, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
03 - Warm the flatbreads or naan slightly until soft and pliable.
04 - Spread a generous layer of garlic hot honey feta cream over each flatbread. Top with cooked ground beef, then add shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley and drizzle extra sauce if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
