01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

02 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tsp dried basil
07 - 1/2 tsp dried thyme
08 - 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
09 - 1 tsp salt
10 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined and emulsified.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each breast is completely coated. Massage gently to distribute the marinade.
03 - Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
04 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and clean the grates thoroughly. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
05 - Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Discard used marinade for food safety.
06 - Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
07 - Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute for maximum tenderness.
