# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
03 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon Kalamata olives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
07 - 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
08 - 3 garlic cloves, crushed
09 - 2 teaspoons chili flakes
10 - 1 teaspoon sumac
11 - Zest of 1 lemon
12 - 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (adjust to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - In a shallow dish or small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes, olives, rosemary, thyme, garlic, chili flakes, sumac, and lemon zest.
02 - Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust the salt to your liking.
