In a food processor, pulse the onion and mushrooms to a coarse texture. Set aside.

In a large frying pan, brown the ground beef. Drain the fat and set the beef aside.

In the same frying pan, heat the olive oil. Add the mushroom mixture and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until most of the moisture has been released.

Add the black beans and mix. Then, add the cooked beef, taco seasoning, crushed tomatoes, and corn to the pan. Mix thoroughly and cook until heated through.
