Cheese Pasta Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated.
02 - 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated.
03 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
04 - 1 cup provolone cheese, grated.
05 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature.
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
07 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
12 - 1 pound elbow macaroni.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to exactly 400°F and coat 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Combine freshly grated mozzarella, Swiss, Parmesan, and provolone with cubed cream cheese in large bowl.
03 - Reserve 3/4 cup of cheese mixture specifically for topping.
04 - Mix sour cream, heavy cream, and all seasonings thoroughly in separate bowl.
05 - Cook pasta in well-salted water according to package directions until al dente.
06 - Add hot drained pasta directly to cheese mixture while still very warm.
07 - Pour cream mixture over hot pasta and cheese.
08 - Stir thoroughly with wooden spoon until cheeses begin melting and combining.
09 - Transfer entire mixture to prepared baking dish.
10 - Sprinkle reserved cheese mixture evenly across top.
11 - Bake 10-15 minutes until cheese topping becomes golden brown.
12 - Watch carefully to prevent over-browning of cheese topping.
13 - Remove from oven when perfectly golden.
14 - Let rest briefly to set.
15 - Serve immediately while cheese is hot and melted.
