Million Dollar Chicken Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded.
02 - 1 cup sour cream.
03 - 1 cup mayonnaise.
04 - 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup.
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - 1 cup crushed butter crackers.
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
12 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
13 - Salt and pepper to taste.
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Combine chicken, sour cream, mayo, soup, all cheeses and seasonings until well mixed.
03 - Transfer to baking dish. Mix crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over top.
04 - Cook 40 minutes until bubbly and top is golden brown.
05 - Let rest a few minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken.
02 - Add cracker topping just before baking.
03 - Store leftovers up to 3 days.
