Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.

Brown sausage in skillet over medium heat, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5-10 minutes until thickened.

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, beaten egg, and dried parsley in a bowl.

Spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup meat sauce, layer 6 lasagna noodles lengthwise and overlapping.

Layer half cottage cheese mixture, third of mozzarella, half meat sauce, and 1/4 cup parmesan. Repeat layers, ending with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
