# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces canned crushed pineapple, drained
02 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
04 - 1 cup chopped pecans, reserve some for garnish
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
06 - 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

07 - 2 standard ready-made graham cracker crusts
08 - Maraschino cherries for garnish
09 - Reserved chopped pecans for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, drained crushed pineapple, and fresh lemon juice. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until uniformly combined.
02 - Divide the filling evenly between the two graham cracker crusts, spreading it out smoothly.
03 - Top the pies with maraschino cherries and the reserved chopped pecans for decoration.
04 - Place the pies in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until set. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy.
