# Ingredients:

→ Spaghetti base

01 - 16 ounces (1 pound) spaghetti noodles, cooked al dente

→ Meat sauce

02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 small onion, finely diced
04 - 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
05 - 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
09 - 24-ounce jar marinara sauce

→ Alfredo layer

10 - ½ cup unsalted butter
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 2 cups heavy cream
13 - 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
14 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
15 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

16 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
17 - 2 Tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
18 - 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray, and set aside. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions, if not already done.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, onion, green bell pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Break up the beef into crumbles and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is no longer pink and the veggies have softened, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease, then stir in marinara sauce and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
03 - In a dutch oven or large stock pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, shredded parmesan cheese, kosher salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
04 - Add the cooked spaghetti to the alfredo sauce and stir until the noodles are evenly coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
05 - Top the spaghetti mixture with the prepared meat sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
06 - Garnish with dried parsley flakes, if desired, and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - To save time, you can prepare the meat sauce while the spaghetti is cooking.
