Mix yeast with warm water and sugar. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy.

Mix yeast mixture with oil and salt. Gradually add flour to form dough. Knead until soft, cover and rest 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 4 portions. Shape each into circle then form into heart shape. Place on cornmeal-dusted parchment and poke with fork.

Top each heart with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.

Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes until golden. Brush hot crust with garlic butter mixture.
