01 - 1 cup pancake mix
02 - ¾ cup water
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
05 - ½ cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line your mini muffin pans or grease them well.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix and water until just mixed. A few lumps in the batter are acceptable.
03 - Gently stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and maple syrup until evenly distributed.
04 - Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin pans, filling each cup about ¾ full.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the bites are lightly browned and cooked through.
