# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef or turkey
02 - 1 onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
05 - 1 egg, beaten
06 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

09 - 4 cups mashed potatoes
10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 1/4 cup milk

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners. Divide the meatloaf mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing down gently to form compact mini meatloaves.
03 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Bake the mini meatloaf muffins for 20-25 minutes until cooked through with a golden-brown top.
04 - While the meatloaves are baking, prepare the mashed potatoes with butter and milk according to your preferred method. Once ready, transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
05 - Allow the mini meatloaf muffins to cool slightly. Pipe the mashed potatoes on top of each muffin in a decorative swirl to resemble cupcake frosting.
06 - Garnish the mashed potato topping with grated cheese, chopped parsley, or crispy bacon bits for enhanced flavor and presentation. Serve warm.
