06 - 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

12 - 60 ml chicken broth

# Directions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to create a uniform spice blend.
02 - Coat each chicken breast generously with the spice mixture, ensuring even coverage on all sides. Allow to rest briefly while preparing the cooking surface.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for approximately one minute until fragrant but not browned.
04 - Place seasoned chicken breasts in the hot skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
05 - Pour lemon juice and chicken broth over the chicken, gently stirring to incorporate the pan drippings and creating a light sauce.
06 - Allow chicken to simmer for an additional 5 minutes to absorb the flavors. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
