Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Pre-made croissant dough
02 - Shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - Pepperoni slices

→ Seasonings

04 - Melted butter
05 - Garlic powder
06 - Dried oregano
07 - Dried basil

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 190°C (375°F) to ensure even baking.
02 - Unroll the croissant dough onto a clean surface. Separate the perforated triangles and lay them flat to form a rectangle.
03 - Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly on each dough triangle. Place 2–3 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese for each piece.
04 - Starting at the wide edge, roll each triangle tightly into a crescent shape, ensuring the cheese and pepperoni are wrapped securely inside.
05 - Lightly brush melted butter onto the tops of the rolled dough pieces using a pastry brush.
06 - Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil on top of each roll for added flavor.
07 - Arrange the rolls evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
