No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
02 - 8 oz whipped topping
03 - 14-16 oz crushed pineapple, drained
04 - 3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
05 - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
06 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut for topping

→ Crust

07 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
08 - 1/3 cup sugar
09 - 1/2 cup melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined. Press the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until smooth. Beat in the whipped topping, then fold in the drained pineapple.
03 - Spread the filling on top of the prepared crust. Top with pineapple chunks and sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.
