One Bowl Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large bananas (or 4 small), overripe
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - ⅔ cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
10 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
02 - In large mixing bowl, mash overripe bananas with fork or potato masher.
03 - Add melted butter and whisk. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
04 - Fold in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
06 - Cool in pan 5-10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

01 - Can add nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit
02 - Use overripe bananas for best results
03 - Can substitute with raw or coconut sugar
04 - Freezes well for up to 3 months
