One Dough for Everything (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 1/2 cups warm milk or water
03 - 2 tablespoons sugar
04 - 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
06 - 3 tablespoons oil

# Directions:

01 - In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined; no kneading needed.
03 - Cover the dough and let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
04 - Use for pizza, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, or bread. Shape as needed, then let rise again for 30 minutes before baking.
05 - Bake at 375°F until golden brown. Baking times vary: Pizza: 15-20 minutes, Dinner rolls: 18-22 minutes, Bread loaf: 25-30 minutes, Cinnamon rolls: 20-25 minutes.
