One-Pot Creamy Beef Pasta (Print)

Easy one-pot creamy pasta with beef and garlic butter, perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
03 - 4 cups beef broth

→ Seasoning and Cooking

04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 3 tablespoons butter
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
09 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
10 - Salt to taste
11 - Black pepper to taste

→ Final Components

12 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
14 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease if necessary.
02 - Add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
03 - Pour in beef broth and uncooked pasta. Stir well, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
04 - Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
05 - Let the pasta sit off heat for 3–5 minutes to thicken slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can use other short pasta varieties if penne or rotini are unavailable.
02 - Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
