# Ingredients:

→ Feta Rolls

01 - 200g feta cheese, crumbled
02 - 6 sheets phyllo dough
03 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or rosemary)

→ Chili Honey Drizzle

06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
08 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese. Add garlic powder and dried herbs if desired for added flavor. Mix until well combined.
02 - Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface. Brush lightly with olive oil. Place a spoonful of feta mixture near one edge and roll tightly, folding in the sides to seal. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling.
03 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
04 - In a saucepan, heat honey with chili flakes over low heat. Stir gently until infused. Add lemon juice and mix. Keep warm until serving.
05 - Drizzle warm chili honey generously over the baked rolls. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
