Golden, crispy wings tossed in a parmesan-garlic butter sauce with a hint of honey.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Wings

01 - 4 pounds chicken wings, patted completely dry
02 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Parmesan Garlic Sauce

06 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
07 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
08 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon honey
10 - Fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)
11 - Extra grated parmesan (optional garnish)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Pat wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
02 - Place the wings in a large ziplock bag. Add baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Shake until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
04 - In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, grated parmesan, minced garlic, and honey. Stir until smooth and well combined.
05 - Remove wings from the oven and toss in the prepared sauce until fully coated. Garnish with parsley and extra grated parmesan if desired. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Patting the wings completely dry ensures maximum crispiness during baking.
