01 - 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
02 - 1 Tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
05 - 1 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder

# Directions:

01 - On a plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder.
02 - Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then coat each pork chop in the cheese mixture, pressing firmly to ensure complete coverage.
03 - Line a baking pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
