Peanut Butter Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.
02 - 3 Tbsp salted butter, softened.
03 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
05 - 1 Tbsp vegetable shortening or coconut oil (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix peanut butter and soft butter in a bowl.
02 - Slowly stir in powdered sugar until well mixed.
03 - Cover and chill for 15 minutes to firm up.
04 - Roll mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands.
05 - Put balls on a baking sheet, cover and chill for at least 20 minutes.
06 - Melt chocolate chips following package directions.
07 - Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork.
08 - Let extra chocolate drip off.
09 - Place chocolate-covered balls on wax paper.
10 - Cover and keep in fridge until ready to eat.

01 - Use creamy peanut butter for best texture.
02 - Make sure to chill between steps.
03 - Keeps in fridge for 2 weeks.
04 - Can freeze for up to 3 months.
05 - Oil makes chocolate smoother for dipping.
