Peanut Butter Blossoms Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter.
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus more for rolling.
04 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 36 Hershey's chocolate kisses.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F, line sheets.
02 - Cream peanut butter, butter, sugars.
03 - Add egg and vanilla.
04 - Mix in flour and baking soda.
05 - Roll 1-inch balls, coat in sugar.
06 - Bake 8-10 minutes until puffy.
07 - Press kisses into warm cookies.
