Peanut Butter French Toast (Print)

Peanut butter meets french toast in these irresistible sweet rolls.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of soft bread
02 - Peanut butter
03 - Nutella or chocolate spread
04 - 2 medium eggs
05 - 50 ml milk
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin.
02 - Spread peanut butter and Nutella (or chocolate spread) onto each slice of bread, then tightly roll the slices into cylindrical shapes.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
04 - In a separate shallow dish, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
05 - Dip each roll in the egg mixture, ensuring even coating. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
06 - Immediately roll the cooked rolls in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until fully coated.
07 - Serve warm and enjoy.
